Sri Lanka rupee stable in spite of buck lack

ECONOMYNEXT– Sri Lanka’s ‘assistance price’ at which interbank deals are fixed was stable at 360.90 rupees versus the United States buck, the Reserve bank revealed on Thursday, in spite of there was buck liquidity lack.

Sri Lanka’s industrial financial institutions supplied United States bucks for telegraphic transfer at around 368 to 370 bucks for tiny deals, additionally stable from the previous day’s prices.

Money dealerships claimed the marketplaces were observing a deficiency of buck liquidity amidst shot of rupees.
