A Ceylon Oil Firm (CPC) bowser with an ability of 26,000 litres, dumping gas at a petroleum shed in Colombo the other day. The queued lorries were disallowed from getting in the terminal as the large bowser started dumping, so regarding avoid any kind of mishaps.
