Azath Salley’s application turned down

The Colombo High Court today turned down a request submitted by previous Guv of the Western District Azath Salley asking for payment to be paid by National Liberty Front Parliamentarians Mohomad Muzammil, Nimal Piyathissa as well as Gamini Waleboda, over submitting a grievance versus him with harmful intent.

The application was turned down when it was used up prior to High Court Court Amal Ranaraja today.

Previous Guv Azath Salley was remanded for over 8 months on costs of sharing extremist sights relating to the nation’s legislation as well as the Muslim legislation, as well as acquitted by the High Court on the second of December in 2015.
